Started in the mid '70's by a cycling ethusiast working in the medical industry, King Cycle Group have built a reputation for high quality, ground breaking componentry, with craftsmanship second to none. All of their components are built entirely in house, even the actual bearings themselves. They work to high tolerances and have an environmental policy to reduce waste and conserve energy that puts all others to shame.
Expensive nonsense, no doubt, but at least it's justifiable on all levels.
